FAQs

  • Bio-remodeling is based on advanced technology that engages with the body’s receptors and stimulates collagen growth and a much more natural reaction.
Unlike HA dermal fillers, bio-remodeling flows easily and distributes itself within the skin tissue, rather than being locally placed by an injection. The result is a healthier and more elastic dermis, which fills and volumizes more naturally.

  • Bio-remodeling works by stimulating of 4 variants of collagen and elastin through the slow release of HA.
This process results in significant skin tissue improvement. It also boasts an impressive tightening / lifting effect on the skin.

  • After 2 – 3 weeks, you can expect an improvement in the hydration of your skin with a natural glow. After the full treatment protocol, you should achieve optimal results with visible lifting of the skin and improvement in overall skin texture and radiance. Do note that results may vary between individuals.

  • The full protocol usually requires 2 – 3 treatments, with one month apart between the 1st and 2nd treatment. A 3rd treatment may be required after the 2nd treatment, depending on skin laxity.

  • We’d recommend to repeat the treatment protocol after 6 – 9 months. The results may vary depending on individual skin and lifestyle.

  • You may see bumps (bolus) at the treatment sites. It is normal to experience post-treatment discomfort, such as redness, swelling, pain, itching, bruising or tenderness at the treatment site.

  • There is minimal to no downtime, the bumps (bolus) should go away in about 1 day. If required, the registered nurse will apply topical anesthetics to reduce any possible discomfort during the injection.

  • The cost of bio-remodeling treatments can vary based on several factors, including the specific treatment area and the extent of treatment required. Due to TGA guidelines, we can only discuss specific pricing details during a personalized consultation. This ensures we provide accurate and tailored information based on your individual needs and goals. Please schedule a “Aesthetic Medicine” consultation with us to discuss your options and receive a customized treatment plan.
